Service Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of My Shinobi Plan Management services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Our Services

My Shinobi Plan Management provides:

  • NDIS plan management services
  • Invoice processing and payment to service providers
  • Budget monitoring and financial reporting
  • NDIS compliance management
  • Digital portal access for plan management
  • Customer support via digital channels

Your Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Notify us of any changes to your NDIS plan or personal details
  • Use services in accordance with NDIS guidelines
  • Submit invoices and documentation in a timely manner
  • Maintain confidentiality of your portal login credentials
  • Pay any applicable fees as agreed

Service Standards

We commit to:

  • Process invoices within 5 business days of receipt
  • Provide monthly budget reports
  • Respond to inquiries within 24 hours
  • Maintain NDIS registration and compliance
  • Protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  • Provide 30 days notice of any service changes

Fees and Payments

Plan Management Fees

Our plan management fees are funded by the NDIS and do not come out of your core support budget.

Additional Services

Any additional services outside of standard plan management will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before provision.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for delays caused by service providers or the NDIA
  • Our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services
  • We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by third parties
  • We are not liable for decisions made by the NDIA regarding your plan

Termination

By You

You may terminate our services at any time with 14 days written notice. We will assist with the transition to your new plan manager.

By Us

We may terminate services with 30 days notice or immediately in cases of breach of these terms or illegal activity.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
